Customer Service/Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Initiate pleasant interactions with customers as they come onto the sales floor.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answered questions regarding products
• Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices
• Prepare sales slips, arrange delivery and facilitate special requests and orders
• Provide knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
• Support the branch achievement of target profit margins through innovative sales tactics.
• Identify and develop business strategies to improve sales, attract customers
• Answer customer questions regarding product make, model, color options and related information.
• Aid customers in finding excellent matches for their needs.
• Negotiate prices within the company's acceptable range for each product

Requirements

• At least an OND
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Must be able to learn/catch up on sizes and measurements within a short time
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Can work Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

Working hours Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦80,000.00 per month
